Remote Support

Many problems are easily solved by sharing your screen with our support technicians. We can then easily guide you and troubleshoot any problems.

To share your screen with us, use different software (see below) that you easily enable through the browser. You and the support engineer then establish a connection that allows us to see your desktop. The connection is secure and encrypted, and ends when you close the connection.

By using this feature, you agree that our staff temporarily take control of your computer for administrative and debugging purposes.

After consulting our staff, use one of the links below to start. Choose to run the file directly. You do not have to save it.
